Q: I'm new to the internet, how do I place an order?

A: We have however, tried to create a guide that will hopefully show you how to add items to your basket, and to take you though the payment process. Click here to see the "Need Help Shopping?" page. We plan to improve this page if it is at all unclear, so any feedback would be much appreciated.

Q: I haven't received an order confirmation.....Why?

A: The first thing is to check your spam folder (carefully), some mail systems drop automated messages straight into this folder, also it can depend on your mail sort set up and some things will be dropped preferentially. Secondly did you give us your right email address? We often experience problems with returned mail due to unavailable email addresses, thirdly there are some email addresses our system seems to not like, but if you are worried just give us a phone and we will try to put things right!

Q: Can I still order something if it is out of stock?

A: Yes, we allow you to order items that are out of stock and we then order it in for you. Ordering products in can take up to a couple of days to several weeks dependinging on the supplier, but we will let you know rough timings for orders and we will keep you up to date with progress of your order. If however, the item you have order is discontinued then we will notify you and try ond offer an alternative product and if that is not possible then a full refund we be given.
