The Spring / Summer 2012 has finally arrived and what a lovely site! This magazine is full of colour and light, refreshing after such a glum Winter. Fresh stripes and light colours are the theme of the day. Mixing fibres add texture and depth to the choice. But what works best for me is the use of old favourites such as wool cotton and cotton glace, yarns used over again, with a few new classics such as Revive and Savannah. The colour ranges are brightening up too with new shades in most ranges which now include oranges and fresh greens.
Stripes feature strongly in this seasons offering, no bad thing. They can be used for subtle patterning or bold blocky impact and they are hard to get wrong!
There is also the men offering sort of reminiscent of a cross between West Side Story and Grease but they will suit most stages of manhood, looking fresh enough for the cool dudes but still traditional for the older guy who wants peace now and again.
We hope you enjoy and any questions feel free to get hold of us.
