We are a bitty slow getting things on but there are a couple of brand new goodies from the amazing Noro Co.
Taiyo, a cotton rich yarn comes in 100g balls, knits up and looks like a dream.
Being 100g balls it is a bit cheaper than Silk Garden but works to the same tension and features in Noro Flowers and Catwalk 2
 Secondly a new book Noro Kids.
This colourful book goes from 1year up to 10 and is a nice way to both spoil them and uses up any odd balls you may have lying about, especially the little heart cushions, which can be used as a mobile, pin cushion or the bigger ones are good for scattering around living rooms or bedrooms.

In these duvet days Blankets are given less thought but they are less bulky and easier to wash and store, furthermore you don't get a mini blizzard when a hole appears.
Like toast blankets really are a comfort thing and they are sooo simple to make, quick to crochet and look gorgeous as throws.
Sirdar's Snuggly Kisses changes shades subtly to give a pastel grade of colour which knits or crochets up into lovely squares.
These are baby blankets but they can be big as you like! Shown in Fairy Princess and Doodle
